Study is where spaced repetition happens, the core of review management.

What you see

For the current card, the page shows:

• the card’s Front
• (after you reveal it) the card’s Back
• recall buttons

Recall buttons

After attempting recall, choose one:

• Forgot — failed recall
• Hard — difficult recall / weak failure
• Good — successful recall
• Easy — very easy successful recall

This choice is stored as a StudyRecord and updates your scheduling state.

Timing

Study pages quietly record how long you spent thinking before answering (bounded to 300 seconds).

This data is useful for the scheduler, it can learn how expensive it is to recall a particular card, and try to optimize your learning plan for you.
